Diarrhea 18 weeks? TMI
Hi so I’ve recently upped my water and fruit intake. Drink about 2-3 litres of water and minimum 3 fruits a day.
I have started emptying my bowels 2-3 times a day. (Sorry tmi) but it isn’t all watery it’s just loose stool with some floaty bits.
Not sure if 2-3 time is considered a ‘risk’ or if it’s normal and just a side affect from my water and fruit?
Im not in any pain unless I need to empty my bowels my stomach hurts slightly other than that no pain at all.
Is this normal or do I need to go to doctor?
