Clomid and Kidney Pain

Has anyone had intense lower back pain while on clomid, resembling kidney pain I assume. It’s intense and unrelenting. I’m on my second cycle and just did the 100mg cycle. i did ovulate last weekend, did my 21 cycle day blood test which did reveal I did ovulate, but on cycle day 22 until currently (cycle day 25) im in so much pain. I had an internal ultrasound and a urine culture today but haven’t gotten results. The pain is debilitating and in my opinion I have a high pain tolerance. I am just looking for answers. Has anyone experienced this?
