I sometimes have to make myself throw up because I feel nauseous and it feel like the food is sitting right in my throat 😩 let me tell y’all about this spitting symptom 😔 it’s so embarrassing being that co workers don’t know I’m pregnant and they are asking question ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‚any pointers on how to keep the spitting to a minimum I don’t wanna carry a spit bottle like my first pregnancy
