Breastfed and Routines
Im going to go crazy if we don’t have some sort of routine! I don’t mind feeding my baby when he’s hungry. But i really need some time in the days to shower and eat and I would even love to do chores around the house. But right now it feels like I’m feeding him constantly! Has anyone developed a steady routine (loose schedule of sorts) while breastfeeding?
I’m also having to supplement with formula, if that helps at all.
