Anniversary of something scary

So last year on February 12th my ex boyfriend raped me... My current boyfriend is very sweet to me very loving and is such a gentleman, but because of tomorrow this will make it one year since that incident...I'm terrified. I've been having panic attacks multiple times a day but I'm worried that in class tomorrow I'll have panic attack and I'll break down in tears.I really don't want to go to school tomorrow because of that but should I let my ex have that control over me still? My mom wants me to go to school and I'll spend the day by myself but I just want to be in the comfort of my own home.
