Breastfeeding and weight loss
Ok, breastfeeding mamas. I’m currently only 34 weeks+ 3 days pregnant with baby #2, but I’m already thinking about ways to lose weight after he gets here. I know not to hardcore “diet” because doing the wrong thing can affect my milk supply.
breastfeeding with my daughter didn’t help me lose the weight like people said it would, so I’m looking for other ways. Are there certain diets for breastfeeding mamas? Also, what kind of workouts have you done to successfully lose weight while breastfeeding?
I don’t mean this to sound like a dumb question. I just don’t know where to start. 🤷🏼♀️
