Pregnant and scared

It’s been less than 2 hours since I took these tests and I’m freaking out. I’m 23, live with my parents who are really strict and not even okay with the guy I’m dating, and I am nowhere ready to have a kid. I’m not sure what to do- I took a first response test then double checked with a clear blue and another first response test. My next thought is to make an appointment with the doctor tomorrow.

Should I go to the obgyn? Regular doctor? Urgent care?

Abortion? How does that even work? Keeping it? I was on birth control, I should immediately stop taking it right?

Any advice and support in the next steps would be GREATLY appreciated! 😫
