Spotting ??

On 01/16/2019, I had a miscarriage. Bleeding stopped in about 3/4 days. I was 4weeks gone maybe. But that’s not the issue, I’m 12dpo and this evening I go to the bathroom and when I wiped I saw some brown/pinkish stain. So I grabbed a tampon and used. 3 hours later I go to change and there’s nothing there! Just my normal CM. Could that be implantation bleeding or my period just hasn’t decided when to show up!
