Today I saw a guy from one of my classes from last semester. I was sitting in the food court and he saw me and walked over to me. I looked up from my laptop when I saw legs standing beside me. I think he was waiting to see how long it would take me to realize he’s standing there because he didn’t say anything 😂

So I said “Oh hey!”

He said “Hey. Are you between classes?”

“No. I just got out and decided to do some work before I go back home and get distracted.”

And then after a moment of silence he said “You look cute today”

I just smiled in response but I’m just thinking he’s flirting with me. This guy was practically flirting with me all last semester or at least I thought he was. He complemented me on my figure, casually asked if I had a boyfriend (I don’t). I went to subway with him once and lettuce fell in my hair, and he reached over the table and picked it out for me. I practically died because it was embarrassing.

So back to the present! He asked me what I was working on, and I said Econ. He told me he took that last semester and asked me who I had. Apparently I have the same prof as he did so he was giving me tips for her class. Then he went to get food and came back and sat with me. And we talked about a lot of different things. I told him about my horrible Saturday, he told me people call him a Peruvian prince even though Peru doesn’t have one. Told me about how he and his friends are dumbasses for booking a trip to Vegas during the July 4th weekend 😂He even showed me his debit card that has a photo from when he was in high school on it. He told me not to make fun of him so I sarcastically said “look at the gorgeous fella” 😂

Anyways! We talked for like an hour or so. But I still can’t get over the fact that he said I look cute today. Do guy friends say that? None that I know of do.

The only issue is that he’s six and a half years older than me. Sooooooooo....
