Bleeding after Baby dancing

So guys my hubby and I just baby danced and I got up to go wipe off and noticed blood when I wiped like af. It was bright red but I just bled 2 weeks ago it was like old blood though. I have been cramping and I checked for ovulation but none of my test were positive. I also have pcos. Has this happened to anyone before? I have been off the nexplanon almost a year and not on anything now. I was almost 60 days late before I bled 2 weeks ago
