Yes that’s after a year old. They don’t get cows milk before then and you slowly work up to that many meals and snacks

By 8 or 9 months, our daughter was eating 3 solid meals, 2 snacks and 32 ounces of formula. We dropped formula at 11 months and from there, she started having 24 ounces of whole milk a day and probably 16+ ounces of water as opposed to the formula. ZERO juice, though. There's absolutely no need for that. She's 20 months now and hasn't even had a sip of juice.
