Help ideas.....

Okay i haven't had my period since Dec 24th I had sex unprotected after that once i got back with my boyfriend. We were having sex all Jan pretty much but no period now going ob feb i have no period i took a test fromthe dollar store it was negative.. I have been waking up 4 5 am hungry , i always have to poop it will start in the morning. I have heart burns every now and then and some weird cramps idk what to say about it honestly.
