Has anyone use early detection pregnancy tests? Are they accurate/reliable?

I had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago and my pill break is due tomorrow (I missed lots of pills so I’m sure I wasn’t protected) the clinic told me to wait 3 weeks but I’ve been anxious throughout the weeks and was wondering if early detection tests are reliable? What have your experiences been with them? Thank u! X
