Irritated Vagina???

Hi, ladies. So, I’m probably freaking out over nothing but I wanted to ask here for advice. My vagina has been irritated for 3 days. No discharge, no smell, no burning when I pee, just itchiness and uncomfortableness. I bought the Vagisil anti-itch cream, and that has been helping but still, I would have expected it to go away now. It feels like a diaper rash honestly. Am I overthinking going to the OBGYN?? Any advice on what to do to make it go away?? Any experience with this? All advice welcomed, please :)
