I don't  if it was the dates that helped but I didnt eat them with my first and labor was 9 hours. ate them with baby #2 and labor was 3 hours🤷‍♀️

I did this my last pregnancy and also drank pineapple pills. I fucking hate dates now. Even the thought of it makes me want to puke. Didn’t work at all. My water did break at 41 weeks though. BUT it literally could have been from the 50 things I tried. 😂 or her just being ready to come out 🤷🏼‍♀️

I eat a lot of medjool dates and cook with them too, even before pregnancy. They're delicious and a great alternative to refined sugary snacks. Will see how it goes when the time for labour comes!
