TTC #1 x3.5 yrs

Hi all! My BF and I have been TTC for 3.5yrs, I’m 30 w/PCOS he’s 35.

After working with my OB/GYN and nothing happening naturally she referred me to Reproductive Endocrinology my S/O has not had a semen analysis yet, this is the first appointment he has gone with me to because he’s not a fan of doctors or hospitals they freak him out and bring up bad memories(for personal reasons) which I completely understand! Yesterday WE saw Reproductive Endocrinology together! It was a very productive appointment, she explained to him how PCOS works and what effects it can have on a woman’s body he was blown away by what I actually go through! It finally all started to make sense to him! She did a Vag. U/S and showed him my lovely “pearl necklace” he was shocked! I have been working extremely hard to lose weight and I am down almost 20lbs! And my U/S shows I might actually produce an EGG this month!! I was so excited I started to cry! And his eyes welled up! He will be doing his semen analysis this week and I was started on Provera to kick start my cycle so by the time the 🥚 is ready I will be too! I have to do a Water U/S and biopsy day 10 of my cycle. We found out my insurance covers IUI so if it needs to come to that we won’t be struggling to figure out how to pay for it.

I’m very optimistic 2019 is our year!
