Just had my thyroid tested, does this mean mild hypothyroidism?

I would check with your doctor, but I think your TSH is low enough not to be considered at risk. My recent TSH number was 3.18 (I already knew my numbers were slightly elevated before this pregnancy) and they’ve upped my thyroid medicine to fix that. I was on a very low dose in my last pregnancy and until now. They want you to be lower than 2.5 during pregnancy, but if you have concerns I’d check with your doctor or nurse! Good luck!! ♥️

Yes, the low T4 indicates you are mildly hypothyroid. Check with your doctor they may want to supplement you with synthroid since hypothyroidism during pregnancy can cause problems for the baby. Good luck :)
