What kind of discharge are you having?

I’m curious because since the 3rd trimester started I’ve had a lot more discharge. However, Saturday I lost a big chunk of mucus. Since then I have been having really watery discharge. I wear panty liners constantly changing them maybe three times a day. There is no smell. Today I started feeling sharp pains around my cervix. So I called the doctors office and they want me to come in at 1:30. I know the pains aren’t contractions but my worst fear is that I’m leaking fluid and I have been for days and now I have an infection for something. Let me know what you guys are experiencing so I can calm down a little. Thanks!
