Nesting...what nesting?

I keep reading about nesting and here I am sitting on my couch and considering the pile of dishes in my kitchen, the laundry in my bedroom, and the hundred other things that I “need” to do. 28weeks today, .... I got time. ;)

My husband said I was “having a hard time with the nesting this time.” By that he meant I have run out of projects and was looking at spring building projects for my kids... I’m having the opposite problem, can’t seem to stop organizing.  I’m only 27 weeks and this has been going on for over a month now! 😂

Yeah, I'm not getting it this time. I got it several times last pregnancy. I just keep thinking "poor second baby." He's totally getting jipped 😂

My nesting is more going through baby clothes, making sure the things we saved from our first child are still in good condition/everything works, and making lists on amazon for things I know we will need to buy... dishes and laundry are not making the cut so far haha. Although I am currently folding laundry, it’s out of pure necessity 😅

My first kid it came like 3 or 4 days before he came lol I just felt the need to have things ready. I woke up at 5 in the morning. Boiled bottles and pacifiers. Laid them out to dry then fell back asleep haha my second I felt the need earlier cause there is more to do with a toddler and newborn. And now I've had the feeling since a while ago. I just don't know where to begin haha

Same. My baby shower is on the 23rd and I still haven’t cleaned out the future baby shower room to prep for all the stuff I’ll get 😬

I’ve just started to nest. Every morning I have to get the house cleaned, with the help of my 5,4 and 2 year olds. It helps a lot since they can reach the stuff on the floor a lot easier then me 😂
