The big Cloth vs Disposable diaper debate 💩

Ok. We are trying to save for a house. We are poor lol not like struggling but, there are some weeks we just cant afford certain things. So I'm considering cloth diapers. I read I'd need probably about 70 total. Which sucks because they're like $30 for 7, at least the few brands I looked at. So I need opinions. Is it worth it? I'm sure it saves money. If I were to do it I would save and buy them, that's not a problem, but I dont want to buy a ton and be like oh my God this sucks lol so like, the inserts.. do you throw those away? Or wash them? Do they leak a lot? Are they able to be used for a while or do they come in sizes like regular diapers so I'd have to buy new sets every couple months? I know nothing about them lol help! I really am considering it so give as much info as you can :) thanks!
