How do you thaw and use frozen breast milk!?
Thaw in fridge over night & then run under warm/hot water when ready to use that day or take out frozen and let it sit in warm/hot water when you’re ready to use it. I’ve heard people do both ways but I’m wanting to know most popular way. I go back to work next week and my mother in law will watch my kid.
