Lower back pain
Hey guys I’m 16 weeks plus one day pregnant. I’m a preschool teacher and today I noticed that every time I bent over to do something my back lower back would ache. As I kept having to bend over it got progressively worse.
Is this normal? Anyone else experiencing similar ?
I will say that my bump has grown double in the past two weeks alone.
