Heart palpitations?

Anyone get them? Ive had them for years but apparently they get worse when you’re pregnant. Any remedies or something to do while they occur? Pretty scary feeling lol🥴

I’ve had them for awhile also I’m on my 4th pregnancy, I think it’s give or take with the pregnancy. Sometimes they’re worse sometimes they’re not. This pregnancy is definitely my worse with them. Been getting them during Braxton Hicks which really freaks me out/feels weird. 😬

I had them pretty frequent from week 4 till about 10. Depending on where I was I’d sit back or partially recline, close my eyes and breath deeply.
