6 dpo light brown discharge

This is my first cycle in 5 months without clomid... my gyn failed to send the medication... however, at estimated 6 dpo I had 2 bathroom wipes resulting is faintly brown discharge and that was it. I normally do not get my period unless medicated and now am having af cramps and slight nausea in the morning but am still 3 days until missed. Trying to not get my Hope's up, but wondering if anyone has been in similar circumstances and ended up with their bfp?!
