13 month old doesn’t feel good

My 13 month old spit up 4 times in the past hour. It was today’s lunch and dinner and breast milk that he has spit up. He has a runny nose all day and that’s about the only symptom he has . He doesn’t want to lay down or only lay in certain positions because his tummy hurts. He also seems uncomfortable. Right now he is stretched out asleep in my arms. And he keep tossing and turning. As of now he is on his tummy and is asleep
