30+3 diarrhea 😫

Sorry for the TMI but I need help!

For the past week or so I’ve had slight diarrhea and I thought nothing of it because I had diarrhea in my third trimester with my first baby.

But within the past few days it has gotten out of control. I literally pooped myself in my sleep last night and now I’m afraid to go sleep in fear that it will happen again.

Has anyone had a similar issue or know of any medicine okay to take while pregnant? I called my doctor for advice but she always takes a day or two to get back to me.
