Rashes all over body. Help !!

My baby who is 4 months old
is getting rashes all over body. I have been taken to emergency and they are not worried. They asked me to come back only if he has fever or not taking his feed.. but these rashes are seen now whole body though he is active.. l am pretty scared. Have anyone experienced this please share with me any positive words.
