I need advice before I drive myself insane

So I met my fiancé 2 years ago. He proposed on our 2 year anniversary and we decided to get married on our 3rd. Anyways, he had a job up until 3 months in our relationship. He got into a car accident. It was vehicular homicide 2nd degree and he had less than an ounce of pot on him. He got charged and spent 15 days in jail. And is now on probation for the next 3 years. He’s having a hard time getting a job again and is staying depressed. So he constantly plays games. Literally lives & breaths them. He doesn’t really think it matters because he’s doing nothing wrong. But all of this just started happening about a month ago. He figured out that he could possibly make money from it and has been playing ever since trying to learn more stuff. (Modding, IP address, software) stuff like that. It’s gotten to the point where I just feel useless. Because if he’s not on his games he’s on his phone talking to the people he plays with either by texting or calling literally constantly. We had sex last night after 3 days of begging from me. As soon as we got done and I mean as soon as we got done he pulled out his phone and started talking to the people again. (Mostly guys) I’ve kinda given up now. I’m going into depression. My bills are getting late because I’m keeping up with him and me. I don’t feel like I mean anything to him anymore. I’ve talked to him about this time after time again and finally after me having a melt down 2 nights ago he actually watched movies with me all after noon. Which was nice but now it’s games again. I texted him about an hour ago, he read my message and didn’t respond. I messaged him again. Still wasn’t responding so I finally said “hey?” And he responded with a short response. I said why weren’t you replying? He said “playing games” I’m to the point where I love him with all of my heart but I just wanna feel like he cares and that I’m needed. But even after talking to him nothing seems like it’s changing. Idk what to do anymore..
