Bleeding nipple

My daughter is 7 months old, breast fed when I’m with her and I pump while I’m at work. I noticed a spot on my nipple a few days ago and it’s getting worse and now the skin is broken open. I don’t think breast feeding is so hard on it but every time I pump it really hurts and breaks it back open again. I’ve started using nipple cream again every time but I feel like it’s never going to heal because I can’t not nurse or pump. I pump three times a day Monday through Friday. My daughter does sleep 12 hours at night so I don’t pump or nurse during that time but it’s not getting better. Anyone have any advice how I can get it to heal?
