Am i pregnant?!

Hey everyone, i need some opinions!!

My last period was january 14 of this year and it is now february... according to the glow app my period was supposed to be monday and i have yet to get it... i took 3 pregnancy tests and they all came back negative...

Ive been having lower back pains, sore breasts, period like cramps, and today im experiencing metallic or cooper taste in my mouth...

I need help!🙃🙃
