Pregnancy headaches

These pregnancy headaches are going to be the death of me 🥴 I spent all day in bed yesterday because of yet another one. No amount of water, Tylenol, sleep, caffeine, or anything I tried helped even a little. Is anyone else out there suffering from them? Any tips on how you’re surviving?!
