That night I began to cramp and spot. I went straight to the ER where they did a urine and blood pregnancy test. Both came back negative. They also did an ultrasound and said they didn’t see anything. By the time I got home it was about 2:30 am and I figured I’d use the last IC I have and got this

Am I having a chemical? Or could I actually be pregnant? Sorry if this is in the wrong group, not sure where to post.
