Should I test? Didn’t take my pills correctly. Chance of preg?

I had unprotected sex on 1st feb and he came in me. I didn’t take my pills correctly. Is started the new pack 3 days later than I should’ve after my pill break, and missed and doubled a few pills throughout the week. It’s been exactly two weeks since I had sex. And It’s been 3 days since I stopped taking my pills for my pill break, and I haven’t bled. Should I test? My boobs are quite tender intermittently and I’ve had slight cramps over the past few days but thats all really. Any advice? Xx
