I need help with my résumé

So, I'm sorry it don't belong in this group, but I need help.

What are things that people look for on a résumé?

I've got my age, my email, and phone number. I've got the fact that I have a driver's license and vehicle. I've got my pervious job on it. (Only had 1 previous job) I put down my volunteer experience and 2 references. Am I missing anything?🤷‍♀️

Oh I also put on it that I have my diploma.
