I find it to be exceptionally annoying and nerve gratingly irritating.

I listen to ASMR daily. It helps me sleep if I need it. I have it playing in the background while I work. I don’t necessarily pay attention or watch while working, but the back ground sound keeps me calm. I don’t like certain types. I hate eating ones, non realistic ones. I generally like role play, like cranial nerve and hair salons. People think it’s weird. So did I when I first found it, but I very much enjoy it

I LOVE ASMR and watch or listen to it daily But I tend to go for the hair brushing, tapping, crinkling and inaudible or foreign language whispering. Some are just super weird to me like the eating ones and ear picking 🤢🤮

Some ASMR turns me on. Its super awkward so I don't even listen to that shit anymore. I think because one sounded like wet sex noises. I ended up watching porn instead. 🤷
