Anyone ever had money lost or any other issue with Chase bank?

I lost $500 that was sent to someone from my log in and it wasn’t me! (I live alone and have no kids and on the day this transition happened I was home alone) Chase already did their investigation but said no fraud was detected since it was my password with the log in.

Today spent the afternoon cleaning out my chase accounts and going with another bank that’s way more secure.

FYI if some people think it’s not possible.. it is!

My brother shortly dated a girl that worked at a chase branch and she confessed to him that her and her MANAGER Stole every day! She’s since moved down to florida and I hope she’s not still working at a bank!
