Nose bleeding?? TMI

Question

My nose is bleeding constantly. Like at least once a day. I’m anemic and take iron pills - but I can’t stand this anymore. This was tonight - the worst Nose bleed yet. Worse part about this is I pull out the tissue from my nose and huge blood clots come out of my nose and then it starts all back up again. It just won’t stop. 
What should I do? 
Anybody else experience this?

Weirdly enough this happened to me today as well. I have no advice or info on why it’s happening, but to stop it from bleeding faster, don’t insert anything into your nose because when it does clot, the tissue will pull it out. It’s best to just apply pressure to the exterior of the nose right below the nasal bone for about 5-10 minutes. It’ll help it clot faster as well!

I get them daily with blood clots too they just stared about a week go and I'm also anemic on iron supplements. My best friend who has kids also experienced them while pregnant in her third trimester her dr told her they're normal I do plan on bringing it up to my dr at my appointment next week just to be safe

That’s so rough :(  that’s a lot of nosebleeds, I’d ask my doctor about it to be on the safe side 
I’m also anemic and get nosebleeds a lot, I find using a humidifier in our bedroom at night helps from feeling too dry and I do think it’s prevented some nosebleeds for me
