UPDATE Questions about sperm and meds

UPDATE. I NEVER SAID I WANTED HIM TO DISCONTINUE HIS MEDS. I WAS WONDERING ABOUT NATURAL IN ADDITION. MEANING VITAMINS FOR TTC AND HEALTHY BABIES AND SPERM.

Okay. Here we go.....

So my SO is bipolar. He is taking lithobid and klonopin. He’s 34. He turns 35 next month. He has no kids. I’m super healthy and I’ve been checked out by labs and test and I’m ready for a baby. We have bd during many cycles before during and after ovulation confirmed by ultrasound and I didn’t conceive. I know it takes time.

I was told by women on here that his meds and cause sperm to not function while swimming and not fertilize. Not sure if true.

Also, I’m wanting to get him on some natural meds as I’ve been taking many and they really help with my cycles. Any suggestions?

Also, can we get some type of genetic testing to see if our baby would be at risk for any neurological or physical type conditions?
