Hey guys, I just noticed earlier that my boob was pretty sore to the touch, and when I looked, I saw this red painful ump beside my nipple. If I touch it it radiates pain through my entire boob, and it has hard and round. I’ve never had this before, any ideas on what it could be? I’ve attached a picture, it doesn’t show my nipple don’t worry

It is very painful, and I have no idea what it could be, but I’ve never had anything like this before
