Tilted uterus

Hi ladies ... thoughts on ttc with a tilted uterus? I’ve heard of legs in the air send the swimmers the opposite way and the best thing to do is lay on your front with pillows under your hips? Sorry if TMI but won’t this all just run out? I have been doing legs in the air but now thinking I need to lay in front. When I conceived last year ended on mc I think I just laid flat and went to sleep (wasn’t even ttc!)
