Wrong ratio
Normal ratio:
3 scoop S26 with 180ml water
4 scoop aptamil with 200ml water.
My MIL gave my baby a bottle with 3 scoop of S26 in 200ML water and later in the afternoon she mixed 2 scoop of s26 AND 2 scoop of Aptamil in 200ml water
I called the child nurse already, she said just keep an eye on baby .
