Just so sad

Gosh for the first time in our 2 years of trying I thought I saw the faintest lightest line :( but I just think I'm going crazy. I know I'm not out till af show but so tired of seeing negative that's probably why I thought I seen a faintest line :(

Fertility doc told us he thinks we will get pregnant with in the next 6 months since I went for my laparoscopy Nov 30th 2018 so just praying. This will be my third but husbands first. It was so easy to get pregnant by accident with my first 2 but now that i am with a man i wanna spend the rest of my life with and the most amazing dad that took in to kids that are biologically his it's just soooooo hard :(
