Hi glow friends! Question about how you all log aunt flow... I read online that you should mark your first and last days of your period as the days you actually start bleeding more red colored, versus spotting. I always always have spotting a few days before getting the heavier and more red flow, as well as the spotting at the end. I have been marking my period days beginning and ending on the days of the spotting. I think I’ve been doing it wrong! Could you ladies please give insight on how you log? Thanks!! ✨
