Constant migraine n period cramps labor!?!

I have had a migraine for 4  Days straight been to every doctor and the emergency Room nobody knows what's causing it and nothing helps it nothing takes it away and been having period like cramps and when I wiped it was like extra slimey to point I had to wipe could that be some os my musus plug and are these signs of early labor!?!?!

I’ve had a headache for 5 weeks now. Nothing medication wise touches it. Don’t have an preeclampsia symptoms so my doctor isn’t concerned on that level. She told me to drink a coke and take a Tylenol to see if it would help because that’s essentially all excederin is, is caffeine, sugar and aspirin but we can have aspirin. It honestly made mine worse, but you could give it a shot. Essentially what we believe is causing it is my potassium, sugar, electrolytes and sodium levels have been dipping/dropping to the low end, which was shown by blood draw, due to that the only thing I’ve found that gives me minor relief for awhile is a Gatorade or Powerade, maybe you could give some of those ideas a shot. Definitely not fun though. I hope you find some relief.
