My dog grosses me

I love my dog so much and she is my baby. I have a 9 month old and I’m 9 weeks pregnant with my second but I swear since becoming pregnant my dog grosses me out so much. The sound of her licking physically disgusts me and I get so irritated. I think of her as dirty whereas I’ve never thought that before. She is a tiny 5lb Morkie and is an absolute princess but I’m just like ew. Is this normal and will it go away?! 😫😫 I feel bad for her because I’m so irritated all the time.
