Help TTC
Hey y’all-
we have been TTC for about 8 months and it’s just not happening. I’m getting so upset. We have tried everything... sex every day, sex every other day, wait 5 days then have sex when I have my positive opk and the next day. Etc etc. also I always use OPKs and I also have my husband on multi vitamin, Maca root and Ashwagandha. I also lay down with legs up after sex.
Does anyone have any other tips?!
