11 days late & Negative test

I’m currently 11 days late and yesterday I tested and I got a big Negative. Ever since my body has gotten back on track from my birth control I have had regular period every month that have come at the beginning of the month and have veried from in between 4-7 days. Last month my period was 7 days late and I tested and got a negative and then my period came on that 7th day. So this month when my period came late I thought well instead it was late by 7 days last month I’m going to wait until it’s later then 7 days this time to worry about anything. Well 7 days came and no period. I tested at 10 days and now I’m 11 days late with no sign of my period coming. My birth control was taking out February 12th of 2017 so it’s been a while since I had birth control. With my son I got big fat positive but at that time I wasn’t trying to get pregnant so I wasn’t tracking anything so I wouldn’t know how long my period was late or anything like that. Is it possible that I’m still pregnant? Or any tips on when I should test?
