Embarrassing maybe a little TMI.

This might be a little embarrassing. But I’m 30+3 weeks and I’ve always had stomach problems so I would have diarrhea most days. Well the last few days my butt gets sore from wiping but I don’t go #2 but maybe 3 times a day so my butt doesn’t get sore usually. But today I noticed a little blood. Could someone get hemorrhoids now in pregnancy? Crazy thinking but I’m just curious if it’s something to worry about.
