Skiphop issues/sale

Just wondering who has ordered from Skiphop before? I got an email stating there is a sale so I was SUPER excited. The email states clearance items are UP TO 50% off + 20% off. So I’m assuming the clearance price shown PLUS 20% off. In my cart it doesn’t show that way. I tried to use the chat but when I ask questions about advertisement and the way it’s worded it says all of a sudden “no chat available” after it was just available. Am I reading this incorrectly? Maybe I got too excited? Someone help me
