Can I still breastfeed??

...after stopping over two weeks ago, I still have a bit of milk left, it seems to be transitioning from white to more of a clear liquid.

My baby is doing good on formula but she recently started teething and seems to want the boob again.

Is it too late? Or can I start pumping and feeding her again? Will the milk come back as much as before? (I had a huge oversupply issue, which is the reason I decided to stop.)
